question about iphone cases?

I have just got an iphone and looking at leather cases to put it in, I really like the cases that open up at the side e.g. :

the only thing is, I am left handed. I was wondering if anybody has had one like this if you are left handed with out having any problems? Thank you xx
Have you had problems using the phone itself not opening the case. As when I text I like to use both hands

My friend is left handed and has a case that opens up. She has no problem whatsoever. Might want to just install a screen protector if you do not mind adding any bulk.
