Can anyone help with another sci-fi movie title?

It may range anywhere from 70's-90's. It takes place out on the ocean on a boat. A pretty girl comes onto the boat at night sometimes, but disappears back into the water as the form of a huge huge turtle ( i cant remember if it was evil or not). I think there was some significance relating to some kind of locket or necklace as well. If you can help, thanks!
