Who makes the white dress from Taylor Swifts video Fifteen?

She wears a white sleeveless swiss dot dress with ruffles around the neckline. Any ideas on what brand it is or where to find it? I've checked coolspotters but didnt find anything there..

I am not sure where the exact dress can be bought. However, I bought one very similar that I wore to her concert that is white like that off of forever21.com. Check out their website because they have pages of dresses and I'm sure they still have the one I got that looks similar. They are cheap too.
