Looking for a day/man Bag?

OK, i am going away to a country retreat and am in need of a bag i can keep with at all times, As its the countryside i expect to do a lot of hiking and stuff.

This is what i need to carry on me.

Wallet
Car Keys
MacBook
Ipod
note pad + two pens
Journal
GPS device
Mobile Phone
Leatherman (a swiss army knife type thing)
Flashlight (maybe)
And some extra space for some stuff, like a bottle of water etc.

Its a fair amount, and i don't want to seem like a douche wile walking around so it has to look hip, indoors and out.

And its summer, so a big jacket is not an option.

The purpose of a retreat is to get away from all those things

I'm not sure if there is a hip "Man Bag"
