Stolen car and title.?

My Ex stole the title to my car a few weeks before he stole the actual car and forged my signature on the title, and signed it to the name of another woman. (I wasn't aware, he rummaged through my documents while either I wasn't home or was sleeping). After that he stole all my belongings, and the actual car as well. I was moving out and packing the remainder of my belongings (which was basically leftovers of my clothes after he was done) and when I went to the parking lot, my car was GONE. I called the police to report my car stolen, and they said, oh you signed your title over to "insert weird Cuban name" on this date..????????? I got in trouble for "filing a false report" for saying that my car was stolen, because they said I signed over my title then reported it stolen...HELP???!!!!! I want my car back!!! I never signed that title!!! My signature was forged, stolen car and title, and ALL MY STUFF was in my car!!

you need to call again.
and ask to speak to a police officer with brains, go above him to a chief or something.
didn't you tell them that he forged your signature?
you can take this to court.
and you will probably win.
charge him with
