good for a purse or no?

Okay so I am looking at a ED Hardy diaper bag that I really want to buy and use as a purse. I am the kind of person whom wants everything to be in its own place and everything organized which this diaper bag can do, it has plenty of different storage spaces.

Do you think this would be a good purse and does it pass for one?

I have decided to defiantly get it but I will have to wait until I get paid again next Friday, I am all drained out from Xmas but it gives me a few days to decide if I want the pink one or the light green one
