How do I get this off my purse???

I just got a Kavu Keeper purse today and I was riding my bike home from my friends house and it touched the back wheel and got brown stuff on it! How can i get it off??? Can I machine wash it???

No, don't try it at home. I would take it to a professional dry cleaner and have it spot cleaned. Make sure that the dry cleaner you choose is EXPERIENCED in cleaning fabric handbags. Most are not so that is vital to know.
