Where can I find the Pearl Necklace / Bracelet that Blair wore from Gossip Girl?

I have been trying to find this necklace that Blair wore from Gossip Girl for a long time now but I can't find it anywhere. It's a long pearl necklace that goes into two bracelets at each end. ( It's from the episode All about my Brother). Does anyone know where I can get it, or something similar? Thanks.
