Non-iron Dress Shirt

What is the best way to clean a Brooks Brothers men's non-iron dress shirt?

Washing? If so, how exactly? (What do you do?)

Dry cleaning?

I've heard washing is better, but I still get "ruffled" spots, particularly on the button side near the buttons. Is there a way to fix this?
I've heard that machine wash warm and tumble dry low is the best thing to do. (Like the tag says and people in the stores say) and to hang it up right out of the dryer. But I still get "ruffled" spots, particularly near the buttons and the pocket. What do you all do to fix this on your BB shirts? I'd rather not iron...but a low setting maybe?
