How do i put money in my ps3 wallet?¿?

I have bought a ps3 and i saw tekken 5 dark ressurection on the internet at just 10€
And it requested to put money .
I dont have a credit card i could ask my father to buy it for me but I want to know if i buy usin the ps3 they take extra money beside the games price?¿And can i puit just 10€ or it has limits of puting money (from ..€ to...€?¿)

Who ever has the master account sign in on the ps3 can put money into any of the sub acounts or their own account.. When you goto download the game it will ask you if you want to just pay for the game or do you want the card to accessable all the time or do you want to set a limit etc... ..have your dad in the room when you do it...We just bought the game as a download and none of our credit account information is saved after the transaction...so if we want to download something else we have to re enter all the credit card info again for a new non free download.

Also if for some reason you need to redownload the game it won't cost you anything at all they remember that you already paid for it..
