How can I make a maxi dress look casual?

I have a maxi dress like this http://thegloss.com/files/2008/06/windowslivewritermaxidressesforunder30each-89b2halter-maxi-dress-wetseal-2.jpg but in grey. I want to wear it out without making it look dressy and without my boobs pure being exposed lol.

Your boobs will be on show no matter what. If your really concerned you could sew up the gap a bit on a sewing machine so your boobs are less on show. Wear with gladiator sandals and a nice shortish jacket (perhaps a jeans jacket) in a colour that goes well with grey. Or a nice short cardigan that doesn't cover too much of dress. If you wear a maxi dress you cannot fail to make an impression. In stead of being afraid of looking too dressy, live it out to the full and outshine every other woman in the room!
