What do you call this type of design?

Not the purse, but the picture.
It caught my eye and i wanted to google more of this kind of design. I tried using "Design of a girl" and "cartoon girl", but there's none that i was searching for showed up. I guess I couldn't find the right word to describe it. Or maybe this design has a name? Help please
When i say "this kind of design" i mean:
A design of a girl that's decorative, nice or classic, but has to be in a drawn out form(not a real person, but can be a drawing of a real person) and face must look realistic(not cartoony)

It looks like a caricature of a woman that was rendered in watercolor, or some other media, or maybe in a digital program. I've never seen it before. It looks nice.
