How can I figure out how much to charge for used clothing and handbags?

I don't have time for an actual job, but I need money for things like the chihuahua puppy I want and expensive designer handbags I like lol so I heard about other women doing this and decided to give it a try. Im going to start going to all the area thrift stores on weekends and buying up all the things that are actually worth something, like Liz Claiborne handbags and Lenox (i have friends that actually shop there and have gotten that kind of stuff cheap), washing it, and reselling it online. i want to make as much of a profit as possible, obviously, but I have no idea how much to charge. I would only buy all the things in really good shape, so how do I figure out how much?
