Where to get a nice slouchy, not huge handbag?

The other day I was walking in the mall and I saw this girl pass by with the cutest handbag. It was a medium size, slouchy style bag that was slung across her shoulders, similar to a messenger bag. I noticed that it also had two smaller straps so you could also hand-carry the bag. It was a golden yellow, but I'm not too picky about the color. Where can I get an inexpensive bag like this one??
