how to put on and wear a halter dress?

I was wondering how to put on and wear a halter dress. especialy if it has a built in pantie and bra.

Most halter dresses do not have built in panties, I've actually never heard of one that does, but if you have one that does, what you have to do is stick your feet in first, and then pull the rest of the dress up.
