How to clean a white Guess handbag?

I have had a white guess handbag for a while and its starting to get a little bit dirty just from putting in on tables at school and once when I had to walk outside when it was raining and it was touching my jeans and the blue from my jeans came on onto the bag. so how could I clean it? and would they clean it at dry cleaning places?

its hard to get the dye from jeans out, instead of screwing up the bag more, I would go to local "reputable" so do your research ask around, cleaners, don't go for a cheap cheap one, but ask around. Everyone may say they can do it, but then ask them what will they do if they won't fix it and it gets worst after their treatment.
