i have this holiday office party on the 20th and i really want to dress nice. i dont like to show off too much. i like the balance in colors, shape and texture. this is what i was thinking about to use.

First option

1- grey turtleneck cotton blouse with black Long Knit Gauchos with Strappy heels and Slim Checkbook Wallet .

or

with the same shoes and handbags as the first option.

im pretending to make up with red color in the lips and Naturally matted skin face and black intense eyeliner. but i'd like to improve with some oother option which would be purple violet eyeliner and Nude shades in the lips and light bronzer in the cheeks.

which color should i paint my nails?? and i want to use curly voluminazed hair.. i think it looks gorgeous

#2 is the better choice. Black and gray can look a bit dull when you aren't adding any color elsewhere, like a jacket or blazer.
I like your makeup colors of purple eyeliner and nudes on the lips and face. It's a much softer look than the bold red lips and black eyeliner. It's also much more flattering on most any woman.
As for your nails, I would go with a softer tone, like a pale pink or french manicure. It's stylish, and won't draw attention away from you and your dress. Lighter and sheer colors will also look more sophisticated for an office party than bold colors, like true red or burgundy.
Go ahead and curl your hair, then think about adding a clip to hold one side back. It will show off your face, and any jewelry you will be wearing. It's also a very glamorous look with curly hair.
