Dress Shop Hop

What does this error message mean when I am playing Dress Shop Hop & it crashes the program???

I just purchased the game Dress Shop Hop from iWin.com games site. I have used them in the past many, many times and haven't had a problem. But on this particular game it will crash with the message every 5-10 minutes:

"dressshophop has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

It lets me restart the game, but it is such a hassle. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I keep getting this message. What could be causing it? And how can I fix it?

that normally means there is a problem with the game and there is not much you can do about it.
