Go to http://www.emmaonesock.com she has many beautiful quality designer fabrics to choose from for much less than you would normally pay for these types of fabrics. She also gives detailed fabric descriptions you can count on being accurate and helpful.

Or if you're looking for regular fabric you'd find at a local fabric store, then http://www.hancockfabrics.com or http://www.joann.com are both very good e-stores. However, they don't give much of a description of the fabrics, so it leaves you guessing if it's what you really want.
