i have a job interview tomorrow and the lady told me to dress casual?

normally i would not listen to this but she made a real point and said slowly and plainly "please dress casual". the job title is for a youth guidance worker. how should i dress for this. i was thinking jean pants, dress belt, dress shoes, and a long sleeve button up shirt. would that be appropriate.

Youth guidance worker would be jeans that are nice but not too dressy, and nice pullover shirt, or button up with a hoodie, and loafers, boots, or rubber soled dressier shoes.

Basically, she is telling you that because the kids will absolutely notice what you wear, and if you look too "professional" they will take much longer to relate to you and get comfortable.
