does your bridal shoes matter if they are a bit lighter than your gown?

my gown is a trational gown, you wont see the shoes much. i bought the shoes before my dress is done as i need to break them in. they are gorgeous. they are itallian leather with a sworkovski detatchable brooch in the center. my designer said its to bright. or should i just change them for a silk pair which is very similar but it has a peal broch, and leather looks better, but if i have to match it i will have to change them. what do u ppl think would it really matter?? shoes website www.bridalshoes.com.au have a look at the gemima there the leather ones and the anastasia is the silk one.

I don't think so, especially if you can hardly see them. You could always take them somewhere to be dyed, but that might be pointless and bad for the leather. They probably look fine, and congrats on the wedding.
