How involved are the big fashion designers in actually designing for their labels?
The usual fashion label has ready-to-wear, resort and accessories as well as a ton of clothes that don't make it on the runway. I know that the creative directors must work with a team to design all of this, so how much does the team contribute?
Some are highly, some are dead =]
